How to edit document to apply e passport online form in Nepal?
The initial step in applying for a passport in Nepal is to book an online appointment, after which you must visit the passport issuing office. Applicants need to scan all mandatory documents to complete the online passport application form, ensuring each file is less than 300 KB in size and in JPEG format.
You can capture images of your documents using a mobile phone or by importing them via a scanner. If the size of your document exceeds 300 KB, you can use mobile applications, online tools, or software installed on your PC, such as MS Paint or Adobe Photoshop to reduce the size of your documents.

Pre-enrollment of e-passport portal will be activated. Now, Click on apply for Passport.

Check all the entered information is accurate, if any changes needed then you can hit edit button and correct your form. After checking and correcting enter Captcha and click on save button.
Click on Finish Button.

After Downloading this PDF print the document and visit to enrollment center for your biometric. Make sure to take all your photocopy and original documents during visiting enrollment center. You can pay taxes in Bank counter then proceed for biometric to complete your process.
E Passport Online Payment
After downloading your online appointment, visit portal for Passport online Payment
Copy your reference ID located below your online appointment paper.
Paste reference ID and click on Get Details & Make Payment By reference Number
You now need to review and create online voucher in order to proceed for online payment. Click on Create Voucher and Proceed button.
Click on Checkout button.
Select payment option and complete your payment.
After completing your payment online, click on check status button. You can see your application is paid and approved .You now can download payment receipt by clicking on Print Bill button.
After clicking on check status you will get a link to downlod your online payment receipt. Print this receipt.
